the composition of the petroleum host and impacted community bill is still the colonial masters approach in favor of the companies and not the communities.
the host communities are supposed to have direct governance in the administrative structures of the trust otherwise the story will still be the same.
As far as the community is not seeing money, there will still be this host community problems here and there.
to mke the community a mere advisory committee and a non executive member of the committees will not help the impending matters.
